About Me

As a former GB international gymnast, movement has always been a big part of who I am. With a lifelong career in health, fitness, and sport - and a Master’s in Public Health - I’ve spent my life helping others improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

But it definitely hasn’t all been a straight path. I’ve faced my own health and wellbeing challenges along the way, and those experiences have shaped how I teach. They’ve given me a deeper empathy and a real appreciation for how powerful movement, mindfulness, and self-compassion can be.

Yoga has been the golden thread running through my life - a steady source of strength, clarity, and connection. From the discipline of elite sport to the ups and downs of everyday life, yoga has always been where I come home to myself. It’s where I realign, recalibrate, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Through my teaching, I want to help others find that same sense of balance - not just in the body, but in the mind and heart too. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to support you in discovering the power of presence, movement, and self-awareness.
