Code of Conduct

Everyone is welcome - just as you are.

Our yoga space is built on kindness, respect, and connection.

To keep it safe and nurturing for all, I ask that we honour a few simple principles

  • Respect the space we share and those within it.

Honour each other’s boundaries, take care of our props and equipment, and bring a gentle awareness to how we move together as a group.

  • Show compassion - to yourself and to others.

We never really know what someone else might be carrying, so let’s lead with kindness and understanding at all times.

  • There’s no such thing as “perfect” yoga.

Try not to compare yourself to others - just meet yourself where you are today.

Leave expectations (and ego!) at the door and simply enjoy the experience.

  • Be present and considerate.

Keep phones silent and out of reach where possible, and be mindful of your surroundings, your energy, and your fellow yogis.

  • Celebrate your practice, and each other.

Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, showing up is something to be proud of.

Together, let’s build a beautiful, supportive community where everyone feels seen and safe.

My Commitment to You

I’ll always teach within my experience and training, and be transparent about what I can offer.

  • I’ll curate classes with plenty of variety, so you can continue to learn, grow, and explore everything yoga has to offer.

  • I’ll guide each session with clear cues and mindful intention, supporting you as you build confidence and deepen your practice.

  • Every body is different. I’ll always offer variations and modifications so you can move in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.

  • Your wellbeing comes first. I’ll check for any injuries or health concerns and ensure you’re never placed in an unsafe position.

  • If hands-on adjustments are part of a class, I’ll always ask for your consent first - your comfort is my priority.

  • Your privacy matters. I’ll keep your data safe and follow GDPR guidelines. If you share something personal with me, it stays between us.
